We sit down on your land or over your plans, talk through your vision, budget, and timeline, and give you a straight answer at no charge.

Site evaluation
We walk the property, look at zoning and what it will really take to build there, and find the smartest way to approach your project.

Design & budget
We shape the design with you, choose materials, and lock in a clear scope and budget, so the numbers are settled before any dirt moves.

Permits & site prep
With the budget approved, we pull permits, schedule the work, and order materials. Then comes site prep: clearing, grading, and drainage are a major cost, so they are budgeted up front, never a surprise mid-build.

Construction
We break ground and build, with weekly updates and milestone walkthroughs keeping you in the loop from first framing to final handoff.
